Our skull/replica prices are based on size, complexity, paint job, what it is made of (resin vs plastic vs concrete) stuff like that. Our 4-9” skulls average around $60-150, 2’ skulls are around $500-700 and so on. Those prices do not include shipping.
We ship nearly worldwide but there are some restrictions. Some countries shipping is not supported by our third party shipper. Also, we do not ship pieces larger than 24" on average internationally as these often have a higher instance of damage during the shipping process. For further details on a specific skull or replica, please email us and we will try to do everything we can to get you the piece you love!
We work on a commission basis. Contact us through this website, the "contact us" button at the bottom right of your screen, or email us at crowcackler@gmail.com and we can discuss your individual products and how we can make your wishes come true! We will be in contact and generate a quote based on the details we discuss such as the size, media type, etc. All quotes are good for 7 days. We will attempt to keep the price as close to the original quote but cannot guarantee due to factors such as material cost increases, etc.
For payment, we accept Venmo, Paypal, or we can email you an invoice that is payable by card. We only require 1/3 of the total cost (excluding shipping costs) up front as a deposit. This locks your place in line. Deposits are non-refundable and once a deposit is placed, that order can no longer be changed. The remainder of the payment will be due prior to shipping. Payment plans can also be discussed if needed.
We work with a variety of mediums however, my main focus is on 3D printing with PLA+. This is a more eco-friendly plastic as it is corn-based in it's construction. It is still quite durable, but note that if exposed to temperatures above 100F, some products might warp or misshapen.
We insure every order that is sent, so if your item does arrived damaged, we will do everything we can to fix the problem. All claims should be made within 48 hours of receipt of the package. Our shipper requires that you take AT LEAST two photos of the outside of the box, as well as two photos of the contents of the box, including packaging materials. Ensure that all packing materials are retained if your item arrives damages as this is one of the terms of our shipper. We will file a claim and although we cannot guarantee a refund, we will work hard to push the shipping companies to fulfill their insurance.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your artwork to discuss a return or exchange. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
